Stress- is essentially the body's way of dealing with any kind of demand on the physical body. Stress comes in both good and bad forms. Regardless of the form, when one perceives stress like a threat of some kind it causes the body to release Adrenaline and Cortisol. These hormones lead to faster heart beat, breath, rising blood pressure, increased alertness, and a sharper focus. These changes cause an individual to have extra energy, focus, strength, or even cause one to study instead of doing something else. If someone always feels these symptoms it can lead to bad stress. Bad stress can sneak up on people and negatively affect many aspects of their lives. After a while people begin to develop physical, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral symptoms.
